Magnolia Rouge Feature

Hello Lovelies! 

This is our very first blog post on our brand new site! 

We are so very thrilled and honored to have one of cakes featured in Magnolia Rouge Magazine today!  

We were invited by the very talented Floressence Flowers and Morning Light photography to be part of this gorgeous shoot at the Haen Gallery in Brevard, NC.  

Vibrant colors in pristine light created this majestic portfolio of beauty!  

We LOVED creating this geode cake for this shoot, and were elated by the marriage (if you will), of all the creative energy flowing together. 

The inspiration for this cake? 

GEODES!  Sugar geodes, amethyst and hints of edible gold.

Oh how we love this cake, and the entire styled shoot!
