Since taste and flavor are the most important elements as we begin the creation process, we believe that the art of the wedding cake starts with phenomenal ingredients.
We use real butter, cream, vanilla bean paste, Des Alpes cocoa and of course, sugar! Our buttercream is made from scratch, and is a self-developed recipe by the owner. We never use hydrogenation, but European method buttercreams and ganache. Each of our wedding cakes is torted and filled 6 times to reveal six layers of cake and filling or buttercream. This is not only to maintain the moisture and flavor or the cake, but to also enhance the aesthetics of the cake serving when plated at your reception.
Our Pricing is based upon the serving amount of your cake, and the technicality of your cake design. The list below reflects our starting prices only.
- Kitchen Cakes: 6.00 per serving
- Naked or Lightly Iced Cakes: 7.00 per serving
- Buttercream cakes (Smooth or textured): 8.00 per serving
- Fondant cakes: 9.00 per serving
- Ruffled cakes: 9.00 per serving
- Sugar Florals + Fondant: 10.00 per serving
