Strawberry cream cake.  Fresh summer strawberries blended into a fluffy delicate texture.  Elegant and full of sweet strawberry flavor.  Enjoy on a sunny day picnic or on the back porch with a cold glass of milk.  This cake is where strawberries and cream fall in love.

 One of the most highly favored cakes on our menu, the coconut creme cake is simply divine.  Made with coconut milk and our special ingredients, this brings the nostalgic coconut cake to an entirely new level of moist texture and flavor.

Highland Chocolate Mocha Stout.  Our deepest darkest decadence.  Dark moist cocoa cake made with Highland's own Mocha Stout.  Rich, nutty notes, with a hint of roasted coffee.  Filled with our delicious made-from-scratch cocoa buttercream. Chocolate Lover's Dream.
